MyFA Forms
"To Do List" items in MySSU need to be completed and submitted by using the MyFA Forms portal for Fall 2024 and Spring 2025. You can find more information on how to access the MyFA Forms portal on our website.
Before You Fill Out Forms
Make sure that you are in the appropriate financial aid year (tab) when you view, download, or complete tasks in MyFA Forms. The semesters that correspond to each financial aid award year are listed on the page for that year's forms.
